Our stay at Serristori Palace Residence was fantastic! The Deluxe Apartment was beautifully decorated and spacious. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heatwave, and the view of the Ponte Vecchio from our balcony was truly magical.
The heating was off for summer, which made our nights a bit chilly.

The view from the balcony overlooking the Arno River is breathtaking! The huge apartment had a kitchenette and was super comfy. Just wish the shower was better, but we still had a fabulous time! 😍

The exceptional location near the Arno river made it easy to explore Florence without the chaos of the busy downtown. The spacious one-bedroom apartment provided us with a lovely living area and access to various cafes and restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed the solidly equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The air conditioning worked well, a must in the warmer weather. However, the staircase leading to the penthouse felt a bit tight and steep with our luggage, making it a challenge. Additionally, noise insulation could use some improvement since the building is historic, but this didn't significantly impact our stay.

The penthouse was perfect for our family! We enjoyed the spacious layout and even had the chance to join two apartments, making it a wonderful gathering spot with our grown children. The view of the Arno River from the balcony was unforgettable.
In my wife’s opinion, a bathroom should be closer to the living quarters for families.

Perfect spot for a romantic escape
We had an amazing stay! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the city center and surrounded by cute cafes. It was so cozy in our apartment, and the bed felt like a cloud. Only wish the outdoor dining area had more seating, but we still loved chilling there. Huge shoutout to the super friendly staff!

The spacious layout allowed for a comfortable gathering spot for our family. Exceptional views of the Arno River from the balcony made evenings unforgettable.
Two bedrooms in the apartment had no windows, giving off a creepy vibe, while the overall size felt cramped for six people. There were maintenance issues like a missing dishwasher door and signs of mold in the bathroom and fridge. The mosquitoes weren't fun either. we dealt with bites only inside the hotel.
